Played on 3 National Junior Championship teams. 1949 - Hamilton Wild-Cats and 1950-51 Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Wore jersey #32 and #64.

Played 14 years of Senior Fastball in Hamilton Big 4 League, 1950-64. Coached minor football for 3 years, 1966-68. Coached Hamilton Hurricanes from 1969-75 and McMaster University from 1974-75.
