Congratulations to a pair of Tiger-Cat Alumni named to the 2026 class for induction into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.
Brandon “Speedy B” Banks was an outstanding Human Highlight Reel on offence and special teams. Speedy played for the Tiger-Cats from 2013-2021.
The 2019 CFL Most Outstanding Player, four-time All-CFL selection and six-time Divisional All-CFL selection finished his Tiger-Cats career with more than 6,200 receiving yards, 48 receiving touchdowns, 6,975 return yards and eight return touchdowns
Calvin Tiggle will also be joining this year’s class. Tiggle played for Toronto and Hamilton during an eight‑season (1994-2001), 127‑game CFL career. He was named to three All-CFL Teams and four Divisional All-CFL Teams. He appeared in two Grey Cups, winning in 1999 with Hamilton to complete a season in which he also captured Most Outstanding Defensive Player.
The annualCanadian Football Hall of Fame Weekend will take place on Sept. 17-18.
